Compensation & Benefits:
- Base $200,000–$300,000+ annually depending on production and skills
- High earning potential, easily $300K+ for those proficient in general and restorative dentistry
- 28–32% of collections (based on experience and skills)
- $800/day guaranteed for the first 3 months
- Health insurance coverage
- 401(k) with employer matching
- $7,500 CE allowance
Schedule:
- Full-time, typically 4 days flexible between Monday–Friday
- Employees work 1 Saturday per month 8am-2pm
- Solo unit crowns, bridges, and implant procedures encouraged
